I LOVE Edible Excursions and think walking exploration tours are such a great way to spend time in San Francisco. I love them so much I have made the tours a regular outing for our “mom’s night out”. It’s perfect; we can get together, spend time catching up but also learning about different neighborhoods in the city.

Mission 18th Street Tour

Saturdays 11:00am - 2:00pm
$150 per person with alcohol, or $130 per person without alcohol

ABOUT THE TOUR

The Mission District’s Valencia corridor, a rapidly changing food landscape, is home to some of the busiest and buzziest food ventures in not just the Bay Area, but also the entire country. Jump to the head of the line to meet the chefs, storeowners, and restaurant employees who have made this neighborhood a global destination.

Visitors line up around the corner for Bi-Rite Creamery’s handmade ice cream, but you’ll be treated like a VIP with front-of-the-line access to a scoop. You may also taste the pop-up cult sensation of Wes Burger 'N More, the best bahn mi Vietnamese sandwich you've ever had from a very unlikely location, or our favorite hidden side street wine bar. Other coveted bites may include tacos and tequila* from Tacolicious, mushroom and cheese empanadas from Chamorro eatery, Prubechu, and single-origin chocolate tasting from Dandelion Chocolate.

Be sure to also check out our second Mission District tour; Mission 24th Street.

*No alcohol option available
